National Commercial Fishing Vessel Safety Advisory Committee
The United States Coast Guard re-solicited for all eighteen position vacancies on the National Commercial Fishing Safety Advisory Committee resulting from a low receipt of applications received in the initial round. In the second round U.S. Coast Guard sought more applications with an emphasis on the commercial fishing industry and manufacturers of equipment positions. Applications have been received and the application window is now closed. Currently all applications are being considered in one batch avoiding resubmittal processes from all of those who submitted in the first round.
