National Maritime Center

With Homeport offline, Maritime Training Providers should not attempt to, nor is there any current requirement or capability to submit course or program completion certificates to the Coast Guard, until a replacement tool for uploading data is provided. Course and program completion certificates should be issued electronically or via hard copy to the mariner, so they can be included in their application for a Merchant Mariner Credential.
