  • All attachments MUST be in Adobe PDF format, otherwise your documentation will be returned causing further delays. The NMC cannot process attachments that are not in Adobe PDF format.

Course Provider / DE / QA / Examination

Step 1. Complete the “application forms 719B, 719C (if applicable), CG-719S Sea Service (if applicable), and 719P” (Link to forms) using “NMC’s Checklists” (link to checklist) to select the type of credential you want and apply for your TWIC (link to TWIC).

Step 2. Obtain other documented sea service (link to instruction on documenting service) and any relevant training certificates and/or assessments, if applicable.

Step 3. Pay your fees and submit all your forms, photocopies, and supporting documentation to a Regional Exam Center (or can we do a drop-down of REC’s and e-mail address beside it).
