The office serves as the program manager to provide trained, equipped, and mission-matched force packages in support of Combatant Commanders' initiatives including Theater Security Cooperation, Combating Terrorism Operations, and other activities as outlined in the 2008 Department of Defense (DoD)-Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Memorandum of Agreement.
