Mr. Mark Gandolfo
Mark joined the team in May 2010 as a Training Specialist (GS-12) and was upgraded to a GS-13 in 2018. He retired from the Coast Guard in 2001 as a Lieutenant Commander after a 22.5 year career. Prior to coming to work for the Travelers, he worked for Smithwick & Mariners Insurance, a $28M independent insurance agency. The agency represents thousands of clients comprising a wide spectrum of the marine industry.

Mr. Gandolfo holds a BA degree in Business Administration/Management. He and his wife Cathy have been married for 33 years. They reside in Gloucester, VA. He currently serves on the Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals. He previously served as a Commissioner on the Board of Harbor Commissioners, Portland, ME and on the Planning Board for the City of South Portland, ME.
