This site provides information regarding the U.S. Coast Guard’s formal marine casualty investigation, convened by the Oceania District Commander, into the capsizing of the cargo vessel MARIANA (Official Number 635750) with one crewmember recovered deceased and the remaining five crewmembers missing, presumed lost, in the Pacific Ocean approximately 34 nautical miles northeast of Pagan Island on or about April 16, 2026.
