Director of International Affairs and Foreign Policy

Ms. Ann Castiglione-Cataldo is the Director of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor for the US Coast Guard. She is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing agency strategy, policy, and programs relating to Coast Guard international activities and engages international partners directly to advance collaboration in support of the National Security Strategy and Coast Guard missions. She is the Coast Guard Senior Leadership’s key policy advisor on the complete range of agency activities related to International Affairs and engagement. Biography
